Our ethics
We're not business brains, we began Sitting in a Tree because we love Love. We think everyone deserves to be in a happy and healthy relationship. And they deserve a decent way of finding that bliss.
We've created the Tree to get lovebirds to tell it how it is. There's no point pretending to be someone, you'll get rumbled and that just leads to disappointment. You're probably great as you are, keep it real (we're not street, that phrase just says what we want to say!).
We also give a healthy chunk of your fees to charidee and we keep our money in The Co-operative, so we know our piggy bank's behaving as we'd like it to.
We don't print, we recycle everything we can and we ride bikes or take public transport to our meetings.
When recommending places for dates we only suggest independent places and we'd love it if you'd help us support the smaller fry too, please. If there is anything you think we could do better, please tell us.
