The cost of joining the tree

Love may grow on trees, but we know that money doesn’t so we keep our prices low. In summary:

For one month, it’s £22.
For three months, it’s £45.
For six months, it’s £70.
For one year, it’s £120.

All of our subscriptions cost about the same as a night out, depending on how fancy your socialising is.

Six months is the most popular option, you can’t hurry love... but do whatever suits you.

There is usually a one time only £10 joining fee on all membership options. However since we’ve just launched we’re offering free membership and no joining fee for one month. If you’re happy with us, then we’ll start taking your pennies after you're free month is over.

Treehouse rules

Yeah, we know we should be saying “there are no rules”, because then you cool kids would love us, but there are a few things that are important to us and probably to you too. They help make our community different from the existing online dating world:

1. This is much easier if members are honest. If your profile is misleading we will find out and we oust bad apples from the Tree.
2. Respect all our Tree dwellers. If someone’s behaviour is out-of-order, there will be penaltrees. Oh yeah.
3. Reply to people even if you don’t think love’s blossoming. ‘Thanks but no thanks’ is better than being left hanging.
4. Get involved in the forest festivities. There’s a whole lot going on here, you’ll get much more out of the communitree if you join in.
5. We have a feedback function; please use it every time you meet another member. It might assist someone else in finding the person of their dreams. What goes around comes around: if you feedback, others will too, which will help you find someone amazing in turn. You must be honest, but constructive. When you feedback, you appear higher up in searches. It’s a win win.

Our promise to you

1. We aim to vet all applications. If a nutter slips through our butterfly net, please, please tell us.
2. We will keep the process crystal clear. You know what you will be paying etc. We’re never going to spring radical changes on you without consultation.
3. We want to help you meet the right person. We’re here to help and will always do our best respond to your queries asap. We sometimes don’t work weekends though – usually because we’re at an engagement or wedding!
